Application

For the detection P.falciparum specific histidine rich protein-2 (Pf HRP-2) and pan specific aldolase, for differentiation of P. falciparum and other malarial species viz P.vivax, P.ovale & P. malariae in whole blood samples.

Specificity 100% specific to P.falciparum HRP 2 and pan specific aldolase

    at the 'Pf' region
  - Monoclonal anti pan specific aldolase
    antibody at the ‘pan’ region
  - Anti rabbit antibody at 'Control' region
